AYNSLEE LAIR

As a Texas native and a graduate of the Aveda Institute of Arts and Science, Aynslee’s creativity began long before her career in hair with a certification in Event Panning and Wedding Coordination. She loves creating artful details like ballon arches, banners, and other customized decor; this creative foundation has shaped her eye for balance, texture, and movement. It is these unique qualities that she now brings to her art behind the chair with every haircut and color she creates.

She continues to refine her craft through advanced Aveda Masterclass Cutting courses, deepening her understanding of technique and shape. In the salon, Aynslee blends creativity with connection, designing looks that feel effortless, natural, and true to each guest. Her goal is for every person in her chair to leave feeling confident, seen, and authentically radiant.

When not in the salon, you will find Aynslee staying active with her husband, lending a hand at her son’s school, or spending time with their sweet dog!
